The focus for this soundtrack was to start with calm, nice sounds but progress towards a very dark intense vibe.
I used piano sounds as the base. At first you can hear spread out light notes, later very false loud notes all playing at the same time while increasingly getting more distorted.
For this soundtrack I did a lot of research on mood changes in soundtracks and how to build up tension.
